Public Swimming Schedule


Public Swimming (also referred to as General Entry) is for independent, unstructured use of the facility for leisure, fitness, and general enjoyment of the water.


25m Pool - 27°C

  • Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm
  • Saturday: 8am – 11am
  • Sunday: 8am – 9am


Teaching Pool - 31°C

  • Monday to Friday: 12:45pm – 3pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Not Available


Leisure Pool - 34°C (adults only, children not permitted)

  • Monday to Thursday: 7am – 8am, 12:45pm – 3pm, 6pm – 7pm
  • Friday: 7am – 8am, 12:45pm – 3pm
  • Saturday: Not Available
  • Sunday: 8am – 11:30am


Entry Cost

  • Single Entry: $6
  • 10 Entry Pass: $50


Bookings are essential for large groups. Public swimming hours are subject to change. Please check our website and social media for any updates.


Public Swimming Guidelines

Public Swimming (also referred to as General Entry) is for independent, unstructured use of the facility for leisure, fitness, and general enjoyment of the water.

Public Swimming is self-directed and does not involve any form of organised, supervised, or commercially delivered activity.

 

Permitted Uses

  • Lap swimming
  • Walking / low-impact movement
  • Play
  • Leisure / general use
  • Personal fitness (self-directed and unsupervised)

 

Not Permitted Under Public Swimming

Public Swimming does not include any activity where:

  • A person is providing a service to another person, whether paid or unpaid
  • An activity is structured, supervised, or guided
  • A session is appointment-based or pre-arranged
  • Instruction, coaching, therapy, or treatment is being delivered
  • One person is directing, managing, or taking responsibility for another person’s activity

 

Examples of Non-Permitted Activities                                  

  • Physiotherapy or rehabilitation sessions
  • Hydrotherapy programs
  • Occupational therapy
  • Swim teaching or coaching
  • Structured exercise or treatment programs

 

Third-Party Service Providers

Any activity that involves providing a service to another person, including structured, supervised, or appointment-based sessions:

  • Is considered a Third-Party Service, and
  • Must be approved by the Facility and comply with all Third-Party Service Provider requirements

 

Facility Determination

The Facility reserves the right to determine whether any activity constitutes Public Swimming or a Third-Party Service.
